Obituary for C.J. Waldron

Craig “C.J.” Waldron Jr., 30, of West Orange, died on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.

Relatives and friends are invited for visitation on Sunday from 1 pm through 6 pm in the Shook-Farmer Funeral Home, 45 Roseland Avenue, Roseland, NJ 07068, shookfarmer.com. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday 10 am at Our Lady of the Lake Church, Verona, NJ with interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.

C.J. was a lifelong resident of West Orange. He graduated from West Orange High School in 2009 and then received his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. He was a proud member of Acacia Fraternity and called Happy Valley his second home.

C.J. loved what he did and had a successful career in pharmaceutical sales. C.J. loved to golf and hit the course with his brother and best buddies every chance he could. He made countless memories with family and cousins while down the shore in Normandy Beach. C.J. was a die-hard Giants fans and never missed a game or tailgate. C.J. will forever be known for his infectious smile, making people laugh, his entertaining dance moves and being the life of the party.

He is pre-deceased by his grandparents, John Funsch and Peggy Funsch-Rauschenberger and Dorothy M. Waldron.

He is survived by his beloved parents, Craig T. Waldron and Kathleen Funsch Waldron; cherished grandfather, Dr. Robert J. Waldron and grandfather, Frank Rauschenberger; devoted siblings, Paige Waldron and Jake Waldron; loving girlfriend, Elyse. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended relatives, and friends.
