Obituary for Marie E. Mastrangelo (Faiella)
Marie E. Mastrangelo, 99, of West Caldwell, NJ passed away on February 12, 2022.
Relatives and friends are invited for visitation on Tuesday from 4-8 pm in the Shook-Farmer Funeral Home, 45 Roseland Avenue, Roseland, NJ 07068, shookfarmer.com. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday at 10 am at St. Pius Church, Montville, NJ with entombment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
Marie was born and raised in Newark, she lived in Irvington and settled in West Caldwell in 1965. She was a devoted mom, was a homemaker and cherished her family. Marie loved interior design, shopping, entertaining friends and cooking.
Pre-deceased by her parents, Thomas Faiella and Susan Faiella (nee Giordano), her husband Gerald A. Mastrangelo, and her daughter, Denise Mastrangelo.
Surviving are her beloved sons, Richard Mastrangelo (Mary), Thomas Mastrangelo (Debbie); six cherished grandchildren; two loving great-grandchildren; dear sister, Katherine Taylor and Anne Romano.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory of St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
