Obituary for Robert A. Hebrank Sr.
Robert A. Hebrank, 78, of West Caldwell, died on February 8, 2022.
Relatives and friends are invited for visiting on Friday from 4-8 pm at Garrett Jones Memorial Home, shookfarmer.com, 45 Roseland Avenue, Roseland, NJ 07068. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Saturday 11 am at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Essex Fells, NJ. Cremation will be private.
Born and raised in Caldwell, NJ, he moved to Verona,NJ in 1968 with his bride Jean, before settling in West Caldwell, NJ. In 1972, in pursuit of his dream of owning his own business, he founded Able Gear & Machine Company which led to acquiring Linker Machines in 1994. He is a “Past-active” member and former board chairman of the West Essex First Aid Squad.
Pre-deceased by his wife, Jean F. Hebrank (nee Wolff) and his brother, Albert Hebrank, Jr.
He is survived by his dear sister, Barbara Ramsay (Peter); beloved sons, Robert A. Hebrank, Jr. (Melissa), Michael Hebrank (Kelly), and Brian Hebrank (Jessica); loving grandchildren, Jackson, William, Mackayla, and Evelyn; nieces and nephews, Linda, Scott, Christina, Stephen, Sophia, and Gabriel; dear Sister-in-law Alice Lull;
